Pricing policy
Every price on this page is in Australian dollars and includes GST. The figure you see is the figure charged. There is no separate GST line added at checkout.
Mailboxes
Business plans are priced by the number of mailboxes. Each plan lets you connect as many of your own domains as it has mailboxes (Solo 1, Team 3, Growth 8, Scale 20), at no extra charge. Above the largest plan, an extra mailbox is $2 a month and adds 10GB of storage and room for one more domain. That is an Enterprise plan: build it in the Enterprise calculator, send the request from your workspace (or email us), and we set it up with you — it is arranged with us, not bought from a button.

Storage add-ons can be chosen with your plan in the calculator on the Business page and are charged with it each month. To add one to a plan you already have, email [email protected] and we add it.
Sending API
A separate product from mailboxes. It sends email from your own application and is priced on volume, not on the number of people using it.

Pay-as-you-go send credits
No monthly plan: buy prepaid credit from $10 (5,000 emails) and it draws down at $2 per 1,000 emails as you send — dearer per email than any monthly tier. One credit is one email. Credits are bought once (a one-off charge, not a subscription), do not expire, and are drawn down only after your plan's included volume for the period is used — with no credits left, the send is refused until the period resets, never silently billed.

How billing works
- Monthly, in advance. Your billing date is the day you subscribed.
- Free stays free. The Personal plan has no card on file and no expiry. It is not a trial.
- No lock-in contract. Cancel any month. See Refunds for what happens to the current period.
- Price changes are notified before they apply, by email to your account address, at least 30 days ahead. A price rise never applies to a period you have paid for.
What we do not do
- No setup fee, and no charge to connect a domain.
- No per-seat surcharge inside your plan's mailbox limit.
- No charge for receiving mail, and none for storage inside your plan's allowance.
- No automatic upgrade. If you reach a limit we tell you; we do not silently move you to a higher plan and bill it.

Nothing on this page limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply in addition to anything written here and cannot be excluded by us.
